What permissions must be set in 10.14 and 10.15 (Mojave + Catalina) in order to use Remote Control and Live Connect?

Apple has made some major changes with regards to the OS. These changes affect Live Connect permissions.

Below is a list of permissions needed for both the Kaseya Agent and Live Connect to function properly. Without all of the listed settings, you may experience various conditions while trying to use Live Connect. I.E. Not being able to connect at all, to not being able to control the machine once you do connect.
Under Security and Privacy, make sure the following is allowed.

Accessibility:
KaseyaLiveConnect
RemoteControlHost

Files and Folders:
Endpoint
KaseyaLiveConnect
KcsSetup

Full Disk Access:
KscSetup
RemoteControlHost

Screen Recording:
RemoteControlHost
