Having issues connecting to machines via LiveConnect from MacOS?
 
First, check your Privacy & Security settings. Make sure everything for K and LC are allowed.
If it is still refusing to connect and displays a message to “Clear Cookies”, it may not be the browser cookies it is referring to.
 
Mac LC “cookies” can be found here:
 
– Open Finder and Go To:  “~/library/application support” (no quotes)  This will take you to the users application support directory.
– Drill down to “com.kaseya/data/Live Connect/Web”
 
There you should see two files, “Cookies” and “Cookies-journal”.  Delete them. Then try connecting to LC again.
