If Live Connect seems to consuming all memory / cpu, try this:

If you do not have a Kaseya directory, please create one and apply: %APPDATA%\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini or (C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini)

If you do have a working directory, please locate Kaseya directory and apply: %APPDATA%\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini or (C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini)

Please try the following steps:

  1. Close all open Live Connect Windows
  2. Open Windows Explorer by pressing the ‘Windows Key’ + ‘E’
  3. Go to this directory ‘%APPDATA%’
  4. If the ‘Kaseya’ folder doesn’t exist, please create it
  5. Place the attached LiveConnect.ini file in the ‘%APPDATA%\Kaseya’ folder
  6. If the file already exists add the two lines below:
[Renderer] 
UseSWRenderer=true

If that doesn’t work clear the file and replace it with the lines below.

[Renderer] 
UseOpenGL=false;
