If Live Connect seems to consuming all memory / cpu, try this:
If you do not have a Kaseya directory, please create one and apply: %APPDATA%\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini or (C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini)
If you do have a working directory, please locate Kaseya directory and apply: %APPDATA%\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini or (C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Kaseya\LiveConnect.ini)
Please try the following steps:
- Close all open Live Connect Windows
- Open Windows Explorer by pressing the ‘Windows Key’ + ‘E’
- Go to this directory ‘%APPDATA%’
- If the ‘Kaseya’ folder doesn’t exist, please create it
- Place the attached ‘LiveConnect.ini‘ file in the ‘%APPDATA%\Kaseya’ folder
- If the file already exists add the two lines below:
[Renderer]
UseSWRenderer=true
If that doesn’t work clear the file and replace it with the lines below.
[Renderer]
UseOpenGL=false;
