Backup jobs failure troubleshooting help

The failure messages in the backup jobs have a “Support” link that will take you to a support article, if one exists, and give you direction on correcting the issue for that job. If you click on the failed activity, then drill down and click on the error message, you will see “Details”, “Support” & “All Properties” links. Click on the “Support” link. 
 
Acronis documentation can be found by logging into the Acronis console, drilling down to a client and clicking on the Help icon in the upper right.  There you will find both Videos and Documentation.

Navigating to the help documentation in Kaseya will give you information on Cloud Backup from the Kaseya side of things.
