Temporarily Suspend Bitdefender
Login to the machine you want to suspend BitDefender on
Navigate to the Bitdefender install path, it will usually be
C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Endpoint Security
Find the Application
“eppowerconsole”
and run it
BitDefender Endpoint Power User will launch and a box will popup asking for a
password
Enter the password and click “
Login
“
Select “
On-Access
” under “
Antilmalware
” unselect “
On-access Scanning
“
Select “
On-Execute
” under “
Antimalware
” unselect “
Advanced Threat Control
“
Once you have unselected the two boxes make sure to hit “
Save
“
Once you are finished reenable the two check boxes and hit “
Save
” again
***NOTE*** IF NETWORK PROTECTION is NOT checked make sure to NOT check it when finished.
