Techs+Together is pleased to announce the promotion of Magdalena Grant to Vice President of Customer Success. Magda will be responsible for the seamless customer experience of the 2,000+ managed service providers in the Techs+Together community.

Magda joined Techs+Together in January 2020 as a Community Support Specialist. In the past three years she has enhanced customer relationships and provided excellent support. She has played a key role in engagement, retention, and growth of the Techs+Together community members worldwide.
